Initiate Request
Visit our Returns Center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Check
Ensure all items are in their original condition with tags intact and packaging preserved for our courier partner to inspect upon arrival.
Doorstep Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will schedule a complimentary pickup from your delivery address within 48 to 72 hours.
Refund Processing
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality control, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
